How can I rent a bike?

How Can I pay?

Payment is made upon delivery. You can pay the full amount in cash or by card, and we do not require any deposits.

How long is a one-day rental?

A one-day rental typically lasts 12 hours—until 21:00 latest for pick-up or 22:00 for drop-off at our location. This ensures the bikes are not left outside overnight and helps us manage delivery and pickups. However, we are flexible, and in some cases, we can arrange for morning pickups if agreed upon in advance.

Do your really deliver for free?

Yes, we do. Delivery is free, usually within 30 minutes from reservation confirmation (for Zadar) or even less for Bibinje and Sukošan.  

Do you also pick up the bikes?

Yes, we pick up the bikes too. Just let us know 30–45 minutes before you’re ready, whether it's from the delivery spot or another place, and we'll come get them.

Do you have minimum reservation amount?

Yes, due to the nature of our business, we have minimum reservation amounts for delivery:

  • Zadar: Minimum €60 reservation
  • Sukošan & Debeljak: Minimum €50 reservation
  • Bibinje: Minimum €30 reservation

However, you’re always welcome to pick up the bike at our location: Put Mira 18, BibinjeIf we can combine your delivery with another, we may deliver for smaller amounts. Contact us to check availability.

Can I rent a bike for longer than a week?

Yes of course. You can rent it for as long as you need it. 

What happens if I get a flat tire?

You probably won't. 
Our bikes are equipped with high-quality anti-puncture tires to minimize the chances of flat tires. However, if you do get a flat, we provide a puncture repair kit, an inner tube, and a small air pump for free. If needed, we can come and repair or switch the bike anywhere inside our delivery zone for a €30 service fee.

What sizes do you offer?

We have different bike sizes, from very small S size to XL size. We also have a few children's bikes. Contact us for more details. 

Who is responsible if the bike is stolen or damaged?

We understand that accidents can happen. If a bike is damaged during your rental due to misuse or negligence, we may need to assess repair costs. In the rare event of theft, please report it immediately to the local authorities and provide us with a copy of the police report. While we don't hold customers financially responsible for theft, we encourage you to use the provided locks and secure the bike in safe areas to prevent such incidents.

Do you offer bike insurance?

We prioritize your safety and the care of our bikes. While insuring rental bikes against theft is challenging due to insurance requirements, we offer an optional Damage Waiver for a small daily fee of 1€/day per bike. This waiver covers accidental damage during your rental period, so you won't be responsible for repair costs. Please note, that this doesn't cover theft or deliberate damage. We recommend using provided locks and securing bikes in safe areas to prevent theft. If you're interested in this option, let us know when you rent the bike.

What equipment comes with the bike?

Each bike rental includes a helmet, lock, repair kit, pump, and an extra inner tube to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we offer child seats suitable for children up to 20 kg, allowing families to ride together comfortably.

Where can I go with the rented bike?

You're free to explore any area you wish. Just ensure that the bike is returned within our delivery zone for pickup.

Do you offer guided tours?

Currently, we don't offer guided tours, but we're happy to provide route suggestions and maps for self-guided exploration.

Do you have e-bikes for rent?

Currently, we don't have e-bikes for rent but we do have e-scooter. 

Do you offer discounts for group rentals?

Yes, we offer discounts for group rentals. Please contact us for more details.

What are your operating hours?

We're available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily. For rentals outside these hours, please contact us in advance.

Can I visit islands by bike?

Yes, you can and should visit the nearby islands by bike. Islands like Ugljan and Pašman are beautiful and easy to explore on two wheels. The ferry from Gaženica ferry port to Ugljan takes only about 20 minutes

Can I pick up / return bike by myself?

Yes, you can pick up or drop off the bikes yourself at our location in Bibinje, Put Mira 18. We're open daily from 08:00 to 21:30. If you arrive and no one is present, please ring the bell; someone is always nearby to assist you.

Do you have bike basket?

Yes, on some bikes we can mount baskets as well. Let us know in advance if you need it. 

  • Bike baskets: €2/day
Do you have bike rack and panniers?

Yes we do, We have it as additional equipment .

  • Bike racks: €2/day
  • Bike racks + panniers: €5/day (available upon request)
Should I reserve the bikes in advance?

If you need a specific bike model, special equipment like a rack or panniers, or are planning to rent bikes for a longer period or a larger group, it’s best to reserve in advance to ensure availability. For standard rentals, contacting us the same day or a day before is usually sufficient. Let us know your needs, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you!
