E-Scooter vs Bike: Which Should You Rent in Zadar?
Choose an e-scooter if:
- You're a cruise passenger with limited time (scooters are faster between stops)
- It's peak summer and 35°C — pedaling in that heat is brutal
- You want to explore the Bibinje–Zadar coastal path (12 km) effortlessly
- You're a couple looking for something fun and easy
- You want to cover 20–50 km without sweating
Choose a bike instead if:
- You plan to visit Ugljan or Pašman island by ferry (bikes are much easier to bring on board)
- You want off-road trails or gravel paths
- You're traveling with children (no passengers allowed on e-scooters)
- You want exercise with your sightseeing

Best For Couples
E-scooters are consistently our most popular rental for couples visiting Zadar. Each person gets their own scooter (Croatian law requires one rider per scooter). You explore at your own pace - stop whenever you see a good beach, a restaurant, or a view worth a photo.
The Bibinje–Zadar coastal path is the most popular couple's route: 12 km of flat, paved seaside road with multiple beach bars and swimming spots along the way.
Best For Older Travelers
No pedaling, no physical effort, no sore legs the next day. E-scooters are easy to learn (we give a 5-minute safety briefing at delivery) and comfortable for riders of any fitness level. If you can stand and steer, you can ride.
The Premium models (Segway Max G2) have dual suspension and large 10-inch tires — smooth even on Zadar's occasional rough patches.
